Payment
100% payment.
Payment methods
- Online payment by credit card.
- If everything is ok, we will send you a payment link.
Reservation
When quoting, customers can ask for reservations and we will verify again for available spaces in dive services before sending you the confirmation.
Once the payment is made:
Please send us the following information:
- Passengers full name.
- Age.
- Nationality.
- Passengers passport number.
- Food restrictions.
- Allergies.
- Hotel name.
- PADI license
Recommendation
- If the diving tour includes photographs or videos, remember to go to the operator's offices the same
day. Grupo Galapagos is not responsible for the audiovisual material.
- Remember to update your watch and cell phone to Galapagos time (UTC -6).
Travel and accident insurance
It is the passenger's obligation to have travel insurance that covers their luggage and
well-being. We are NOT responsible for losses or damages caused during the trip.
Cancelation Policies
You can cancel your reservation in OFFICE HOURS by sending us:

- 20% the confirmation deposit is not refundable.
- 50% is not refundable between 29 and 20 days before starting the program.
- 100% is not refundable between 19 days or less.
Note: The refound will proceed without the surcharges for the use of the card on th platform.
- Tours cannot be rescheduled for a later date.
It is mandatory
All passengers must sign the responsibility document that will be presented to them by the assigned
operator.
- Demand this document. Grupo Galapagos is not responsible for incidents caused during the trip.
COVID Cancellation
- The same cancellation policies mentioned above will apply.
Refounds
Refunds will be made within 15 to 45 business days.
* For these reasons 50% will be refunded *
- Shipwreck or sinking of the boat.
- Earthquake or tsunami.
- Tsunami alert.
- Acts of authority exercised by a public official.
- Capitania's provision not to sail due to weather conditions (Tsunami alert or Strong waves considered
dangerous.
- Disposal of PNG for works or for other activities related to them in the islands. If this event occurs
at least 10 days
in advance, the agency undertakes to replace the spaces in another boat of the same category.
* Applies 100% refund for the following reasons *
- Breakdown of the boat that in previous days or the same day of the tour, if this event occurs at least
10 days in
advance, the agency undertakes to replace the spaces in another boat of the same category or only 1 more
category, as
long as they are available and the same route is presented.
- In the event of no available spaces on the same route, a change of date or route will be suggested to
the passenger, if the passenger does not agree or his itinerary does not allow it, a 100% refund will be
made
We recommend
Hire travel and cancellation insurance.
*Remark for Galapagos activities:
-Activities are subject to modification due to: availability, weather conditions or major forces that
could affect
passenger safety.
-For any physical demanded activity during the tour, it shall under passengers responsibility.
-The
daily boat trips are subject to availability, weather conditions and Galapagos National Park
authorizations.
Possible places to visit: Bartolomé, North Seymour, South Plazas, Isabela, Floreana and Santa Fe.
-The itineraries are subject to change without previous advice, due to weather conditions, Galapagos
National Park
authorizations, operational issues or passenger safety.
-For any physical demanded activity during the tour, it shall under passengers responsibility.
